About

Regina needs leadership that understands the importance of getting the basics right. We can’t afford to let City Hall keep ignoring the real issues while our money goes down the drain.

On November 13th, vote for Deb Nyczai.

I am a long-time Regina resident with a diverse career including roles in municipal and provincial government, non-profit management, and consulting. With a Master’s in Public Management and firsthand experience working at City Hall, I have the knowledge and determination to make the changes we need.

Having been a single mom, I know the value of every dollar, and I’m committed to managing our city’s budget with the same care.

I’m running for City Council because I am frustrated with the current state of City Hall. Essential services like snow clearing, public transit, and road maintenance are being overlooked while tax dollars are mismanaged. The $80 million cost overrun on the aquatic center is a glaring example of financial irresponsibility. Additionally, Regina’s aging infrastructure needs urgent attention to prevent potential crises.

I am committed to refocusing City Council on delivering core services efficiently, enforcing strict budget controls, and addressing critical infrastructure needs. With my background in policy development and extensive experience with various levels of government, I am dedicated to bringing practical, informed solutions to City Council for the benefit of Ward 4.

Regina has incredible potential—it’s time we start living up to it.
